You do each one yourself. We’re here by email if you get stuck.
Sign up
Give us your business name, a Workspace ID, your email, and a password. We fill in a username for you, and you can change it. You need the Workspace ID to sign in.
Click the link in your email
We email you a link. It works for 24 hours. Click it, and your account opens on your dashboard.
Answer one question
How do orders reach your customers? Select one or more. Your answer turns on routes and drivers, carrier names on orders, or counter sales.
To change it later, email us.
Add your products and customers
Type them in, or import a CSV file. Your account lists both as your next steps.

Take your first order
Enter an order for one of your customers, in boxes or pieces. Then you deliver it or hand it over, send the bill, and record the payment.
What you need.
Not much. You can start today.
A web browser
There’s nothing to install to start.
An email address
The link to open your account goes there.
Your lists, if you have them
A CSV file of customers or products saves typing. You can also type them in.
No card
You don’t need a card for the 14 days.
Bring your data in.
You do the move yourself, with CSV files. The first customers also get personal setup help by email from the founders.
- Preview first. Customers and products show a preview of what will be created, updated, or skipped. The other four run when you import them.
- What you can import. Customers, products, stock, invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Your invoice numbers. Set the next number, and your numbering carries on.
- Who can import. Admins only.
- When you sign up. The 14 days start.
- Seven days before the end. We email you a reminder.
- One day before the end. We email you again.
- When you’re ready. Pick a plan in your account.
- If you don’t. Your data stays. The account can go read-only, so you can sign in and see it.
Getting your people on.
Add them when you’re ready.
Staff
Add staff from your account. Only admins can.
Drivers
Add each driver in your account. Drivers sign in on the web and see their route.
Stores
Invite a store from its customer page. It gets an email with a link to sign up. It’s free for the store.

How long is the trial?
14 days from the day you sign up. We email you 7 days and 1 day before it ends.
What if I don’t pick a plan?
Your data stays. The account can go read-only. You can sign in and see your data, but you can’t add to it.
Can I change my answer to the first question?
Yes. Email us, and we change it.
Who sets it up?
You do. Only admins can import files and add staff.
How do I get help?
